Airbnb Promotion T&Cs:

This is an invitation-only, limited-time Promotion for current OVO Energy customers domiciled in the UK who have not, at the date on which this email is sent, previously listed a property on the Airbnb Platform (“Eligible Participants”).

Under this Promotion a £100 Airbnb account credit (“Promotional Credit”) is available to each of the first 300 Eligible Participants who successfully meet the following criteria before 5 October 11.59 GMT:

(1) List an entire property on Airbnb (a “Listing”). For the avoidance of doubt a shared property (private room or shared room) listed on Airbnb shall not qualify for the Promotion; and

(2) receive and complete a booking for the Listing. A booking shall be considered completed upon the guest’s check-out from their full stay.

In order to benefit from the Promotion, Eligible Participants must ensure that they: (i) enable cookies in their browser, (ii) create their Listing by following the click through link in this email and (iii) complete the Listing process in the same session to enable Airbnb’s system to track whether all qualifying criteria for the Promotion have been met.

If an Eligible Participant is one of the first 300 to successfully meet the qualifying criteria for the Promotional Credit, the Promotional Credit shall be added to their account no more than 30 days after the Promotion Closing Date mentioned below. The Promotional Credit shall have a validity of 1 year from the date of issue. The Promotional Credit is non transferable, may not be resold, cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and may only be used towards the cost of bookings made by the Eligible Participant through their account on the Airbnb Platform. For the avoidance of doubt the Promotional Credit cannot be withdrawn from the Eligible Participant’s account and it has no cash value. A maximum of one Promotional Credit can be issued per Airbnb account.

Capitalised words in these Additional Terms and Conditions which are not otherwise defined within the Additional Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning given to them in Airbnb's Terms of Service.

Airbnb Coupon

- The coupon shall be issued to the winner within 30 days of the announcement of the winner by Gransnet.

- The coupon shall be valued at GBP50.00 and shall expire 12 months from the date of issue.

- To use a coupon, you must have an Airbnb account. If you don’t already have an Airbnb account, you can set one up at https://www.airbnb.com/signup_login.

- The coupon is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and may not be applied retroactively or combined with any other coupon or discount code for Airbnb.
- If the coupon is applied to a booking that is subsequently cancelled by the Guest, any refund owed will not include the coupon amount.
- Airbnb reserves the right and discretion to any remedy, including denial of the coupon or suspension of the account or bookings of a User, if fraud, tampering, violations of Airbnb's Terms of Service, or technical errors are suspected.

Professional Photoshoot

- The winner must list their space on the Airbnb Platform and notify Airbnb of the Listing ID (using the contact details provided to the winner by Airbnb) by no later than 3 months after the date on which they are notified by Gransnet that they are the winner.

- If the winner does not list a new property on the Airbnb platform within the time limit set out above, the photoshoot element of the prize shall not apply. The photoshoot is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and no replacement or alternative prize shall be offered. However, if the winner has an existing Listing on Airbnb, they may use the photoshoot in respect of that Listing, provided that they notify Airbnb of the relevant Listing ID within the same time limit.

- Once Airbnb has received notification of the relevant Listing ID it will send the winner the terms of the photography programme. Once the winner has accepted the photography programme terms Airbnb will connect them with a local professional photographer to arrange the photoshoot. For the avoidance of doubt, the photoshoot is subject to the aforementioned terms of the photography programme and if the winner’s acceptance of such terms is not received by Airbnb, the photoshoot element of the prize shall be withdrawn and no replacement or alternative prize shall be offered.
- In the event that Airbnb determines that it is not possible to conduct a photoshoot of the winner’s Listing due to e.g. the location or features of the property, local restrictions or guidance in respect of Covid-19, or the availability of a suitable photographer in the locality of the Listing, Airbnb shall instead issue an additional £250 worth of Airbnb Coupons to the winner.
- In the preparation for and conduct of the photoshoot, the winner shall comply with Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol.
- Airbnb will hold all rights (including copyright rights), title and interest in the images resulting from the photoshoot. Airbnb may use the images for advertising, marketing, commercial and other purposes in any media or platform, whether in relation to the winner’s Listing or otherwise. Airbnb will grant the winner a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to use the images to include in their Listing and to use outside of the Airbnb Platform solely for their personal and non-commercial use.
